Can I delay my delivery without delaying the collection?

Delivery will be attempted at the first available opportunity. However, if delivery is attempted and fails, we will notify you by email and you can then contact us to schedule a new delivery on another convenient date. The depot will usually be able to hold the shipment for up to 7 days.
